George’s Run for Type 1
30th September 2017 – Richmond Park Just Giving FundraisingRead George’s Story – Blog
Welcome
George’s Run For Type 1 hopes to raise £100,000 to fund research for a cure for Type 1 Diabetes. George was diagnosed with Type 1 at just six months old. He was one of the sickest children to ever leave intensive care. On September 30th 2017, six years to the day of George’s diagnosis, his Dad, Simon, will run 100km around Richmond Park. George will run the final kilometer too!
Your company can own a section of the run by sponsoring the event. Form a team with your colleagues and come and run. You can sign up for a bronze, silver or gold package and be part of an extraordinary day. Together we can be part of ending a condition which affects thousands of kids like George across the world.
